First Item: Personal Care, which includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding and medication reminder as well as assistance. $27.50 / hr , 35.00 12/hr 260 per shift
Second Item: Homemaking, which includes assistance with house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, respite, and transportation for appointments , errands, shopping, outings, and assistance with helping patients transport from hospital to home, from home to nursing home and more. $30 / hr for 4 hour minimum
Third Item: Companion / Sitter, which includes non-medical, basic supervision to ensure a client's safety and well-being.
$20 / hr for 4 hour minimum
Fourth Item: Respite Services - which provide assistance and support to primary caregivers. 24 hour live-in care depending on the need is ..... $250 to 300 a day
Fifth Item: Friendly Reassurance Services - which includes making contact with home bound clients: phone call or friendly visit. $25/ hr
Sixth Item: Intermittent Chore Services - which includes minor home maintenance and yard work, cleaning garage, laundry. $45/ hr
