If you have joined our healthcare organization and taken advantage of our health care services and are well-pleased with the results of our services provided, we are asking if you have any other clients that might need assistance and are good candidates for our services.Our goal is to help the elderly, sickly, disabled, and other individuals in our communities who have medical conditions, sicknesses, and ailments to live a happy, comfortable life in the comfort and safety of their own home with the necessary provisions, and referrals are the best way for us to achieve that goal. As part of our health care team, help us reach people who can truly benefit from what we have to offer. What About Funding?
PCHC is affordable, dependable, and reliable. Our prices/fees/rates are competative and one of the lowest costs in the healthcare industry. We understand that home care costs can be very expensive out of pocket and a high cost insurance premium does not help to fray the expenses any or at an affordable, confortable rate. Home costs tend to rise as our elderly or aged needs increase, the greater the need for care the more hours of care are needed. PCHC will assist you and your loved ones in the assessment of hours needed for your loved ones home care according to their healthcare. Therefore, PCHC will work with those who are struggling in this economic crisis. PCHC shall accept payment for services in the form of: credit cards, cash, checks, and money orders. Rates are subject to change upon two weeks notice. PCHC Manager/Administrator is responsible for establishing fees/rates for services. If a deposit is required, clients will be notified in advance of the need for amount of the deposit. However, a deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the client to our healthcare program.

All homecare workers shall be supervised on a regular basis, which includes in-home assessments of practical skills when delivering personal care services.
